If you do qualify, we’ll ask you to apply, along with some information about your vacation home’s recent reservation history and expenses.
That depends on your home’s net revenue from the last 12 months. You could qualify for the $5,000 commitment if your home earned more than $30,000 in that 12-month period. (Of course, keep in mind that you also need to meet the other eligibility requirements, like renting out your home with a professional management company.)
